I am dedicated to the protection of personal data for companies and individuals, helping them to implement the GDPR and ensuring that all policies and procedures are in compliance with new industry regulations, provisions of the Privacy Guarantor and EDPB (European Data Protection Board) guidelines.

I obtained a Master’s Degree Level II in Cybersecurity from the University of Milan in 2019-2020. I have been collaborating with Tilli Law Firm since July 2019 for DPO assistance and support in GDPR consulting activities of companies and business groups.

I have been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2020 and I have been a Subject Tutor in ‘Legal Informatics’ (Prof. G. Ziccardi) since 2014.

Over the years, I have been involved in various teaching and publishing activities. Most recently, I have collaborated: in writing a chapter on internal analysis (digital forensics) at the law firm in the volume “Studio Legale Sicuro,” G. Ziccardi and P. Perri, Giuffrè Editore 2021; in several entries in the computer dictionary for the jurist “Dizionario Legal Tech,” G. Ziccardi and P. Perri, Giuffrè Editore 2020; with Chapter XVIII ‘Civil liability profiles in data processing. “Technology and Law – Fundamentals of Computer Science for the Jurist” Vol. II, G. Ziccardi and P. Perri, Giuffrè Editore 2019; in the collection of concept maps on the responsibilities related to the figure of the DPO, Ridare – Giuffrè Editore 2021; and in the preparation of the last day of the Postgraduate Course in Data Protection (organized by Prof. P.
