During her university studies and before joining Tilli & Partners Law Firm, she worked in a law firm specializing in family law and civil liability.
In September 2023 he joined Novastudia’s privacy team, providing assistance and advice on data protection, privacy assessment and GDPR compliance to Companies and SMEs.
He is a lecturer for the chairs of Civil Law, Institutions of Private Law and Consumer and Consumer Law at the University of Milan.

She graduated in Law from the University of Milan, with a thesis in civil law entitled: “The processing of personal data between patrimonialization and protection of the person.”

Nicola Tilli has been involved in civil law practicing since 1992, founding his own firm in 1996, focusing on commercial legal services with a particular emphasis on insurance law, financial law, trusts, industrial law and contract law.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Tilli has over 22 years of experience as a lecturer and collaborator of Universities and public Institutions originally in Comparative Law (University of Milan 1992-2001) then in other ITA Universities and finally now in the School of specialization for the legal professions (Univ of Urbino since 2008).
He authored a number of publications appearing in important academical reviews. His academic collaborations include guest lectures at other Italian Universities such as the Università of Castellanza (LIUC) Bocconi University in Milan.
For Bocconi University (1997-2000), he conducted training programs for Universities Teachers and masters’ students in Russia (both Moscow and St. Petersburg) in the EU project for the requalification of Eastern European countries called “TACIS Programme”.

During the course of the past 10 years, Mr. Tilli’s law practice has gained substantial experience through representation of commercial clients, medium-sized businesses, companies listed on the Italian and US stock exhanges, European banks and financial service providers.
He is currently member of several Board of Directors of leading companies in more that one Sector such as, one for all, Aeon Trust srl, ITA trustee company by Swiss Italian Bank.
On 2009 he created and promoted in Luxembourg, Pendragon Management Company, a managing partner of financial SICAV-Sif on that market, being more and more involved in the International and financial legal consulting.
In order to respond to the needs of its clients and perfect its expertise and quality of service, Mr. Tilli’s firm has attracted partners and collaborators from academia and primary Milan law firms.
On 2012 he opened a secondary firm in Lugano (Switzerland) in order to manage his own clients on that market and became partners in netowrk of Schaeffer Hengel & GEiben in Luxembourg on the basis of the entering in Novastudia network by the well known Luxembourgish law firm (since 1966 active).

He is the founder of SLT & Partners in Milan and of Novastudia Professional Alliance in Europe.
